The Challenge

Jason Freedman had a lead generation problem that most realtors would envy. Thirty thousand dollars a month flowing into Zillow ads, a steady pipeline, and a business doing real volume. But Jason is a builder, not a renter. And paying Zillow thirty thousand dollars a month to sit between him and his customers was a tax on his business he was no longer willing to accept.

He came to Rhythm with a simple but ambitious brief. Cut the spend in half. Keep the results. Or better them.

Our Strategy

We looked at what Jason had and what he didn't. He had expertise, personality, and deep knowledge of one of the most compelling real estate migration stories in the entire northeast. What he didn't have was a content engine that could carry that story to the right people at the right moment without paying a platform middleman every time.

We built one.

The strategy centered on three platforms and one irresistible asset. We optimized Jason's presence across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, building a content operation designed to compound over time rather than evaporate the moment ad spend stopped. Then we created the anchor piece that would do the heavy lifting at the top of the funnel. The NYC Guide to Moving to Bucks County. A lead magnet PDF designed and built by Rhythm that spoke directly to the exact buyer Jason wanted to reach, urban professionals and families ready to trade the city for something better, and gave them something valuable enough to trade their contact information for.

The guide has generated thousands of downloads and hundreds of thousands of impressions. We layered Meta ads on top to accelerate distribution and built a full creative strategy that turned Jason from a realtor with a Zillow profile into a recognized voice and trusted authority in one of the most sought after real estate markets in the northeast.

The numbers tell the rest of the story. Jason did twenty one million dollars in sales in 2024. Thirty three million in 2025. And he is already on pace to hit fifty million dollars in 2026, driven almost entirely by content, creative strategy, and lead magnets built by Rhythm.
