The Challenge

Evan Walton doesn't sell houses. He sells lives. As the top agent at Addison Wolfe, Bucks County's premier luxury real estate firm, he understood something most agents don't. At five million dollars, a buyer isn't purchasing square footage. They're purchasing a feeling, a story, and a place they can imagine becoming home.

When Evan came to Rhythm with a stunning estate in New Hope, Pennsylvania, we didn't treat it like a listing. We treated it like a brand launch.

New Hope is one of the most sought after addresses in the entire northeast. Celebrity rich, culturally vibrant, and set against the kind of bucolic Bucks County landscape that makes people leave cities and never look back. The property deserved a story worthy of the town it called home.

Our Strategy

We started by giving the estate its own identity. Silver Buttons Farm. A new logo, and a brand built entirely around the feeling of arriving somewhere that changes you.

From there we went to work. A full cinematic tour of the estate, shot with drones and handheld cameras, giving prospective buyers a luxury walkthrough experience unlike anything the regional market had seen. A narrated film telling the story of life in New Hope, positioning the property not just as a home but as an invitation to a different kind of living. And a series of social clips for Evan's personal brand, giving him a polished, high end way to introduce the property to his audience in his own voice.
