The Challenge

Yasser Elsaid had already done something most founders never pull off. He had bootstrapped Chatbase to five million dollars in annual recurring revenue in under two years, building an elegant ChatGPT powered interface that lets businesses launch AI chat on their own websites, trained on their own knowledge. The product was exceptional. The growth had been real. But Yasser knew the next stage of the company required something his product alone couldn't deliver. A go to market strategy built for enterprise.

Our Strategy

We got to work and identified three moves that could change the trajectory of the business.

The first was distribution. Getting Chatbase into the Shopify App Store would put the product in front of millions of merchants with immediate commercial intent and zero cold outreach required. Yasser executed it. It is now the fastest growing segment of his entire business.

The second was enterprise. We architected a proper enterprise sales motion, identifying the highest value prospects in the customer experience space and building the packages, positioning, and outreach strategy to take them to market. That motion is now one of the most significant drivers of Chatbase's growth.

The third was founder brand. Yasser had a story worth telling and an audience that hadn't found him yet. We helped him build a content strategy around founder led influence on LinkedIn and YouTube. He has nearly ten times his organic following and engagement since we started.

The result? Chatbase scaled from five million to over ten million dollars in annual recurring revenue in less than eight months.
